Who we are
JDPay Solutions Inc. ("JDPay") is a Philippine company building a merchant payment acceptance and disbursement platform for micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) selling online. Our scope is deliberately focused: QR Ph collections, InstaPay and PESONet payouts, and same-day (T+0) settlement, supported by licensed bank and e-money partners.
We believe small online sellers deserve the same payment infrastructure, reliability, and protections as large enterprises — delivered simply, transparently, and in full compliance with Philippine regulation.
